I’m not sure whether I can be competitive on this one.  The ask is $425,000, which is slightly over my loan limit.  I can make up the gap with extra cash, but in this market it could get bid way up.  I might not be able to compete.

It doesn’t have the cheek-pinching cuteness that The Most Beautiful House In The World had, but it’s not bad.  The neighborhood is your basic decent clean area with nothing to remark about.  It’s close to my office.
